BLUE RECOVERY SCREEN- CrowdStrike issue causes major outage affecting businesses around the world

Root Folder

 When you see the Blue Recovery screen
1. go to See Advanced repair options,
2.  Troubleshoot, 
3. Advanced Options
4. Command prompt 
When they get the command prompt type 
del c:\windows\system32\drivers\crowdstrike\c-00000291*.sys then enter
they should receive no error message then go to 
5. Reboot PC or shut down pc and restart
 if they do receive an Error message  
then type del d:\windows\system32\drivers\crowdstrike\c-00000291*.sys then enter
Then reboot.

If the users have a Lenovo they will have an x  drive, not a c drive you will need to change the drive in the command prompt to c: then type the below command in the 
del c:\windows\system32\drivers\crowdstrike\c-00000291*.sys
