Create inbound rule for port 5900

Steps for creating inbound rule for port 5900
1. Press start
2. Hover over control panel
    1. Open Windows Defender Firewall.
    2. On left hand side go on Advanced Settings.
    3. On left hand side go on Inbound Rule.
    4. On the right hand side go on New Rule.
            1.Select Port.
            2. On specific local port put 5900.
            3. Click Next on Action, and Profile.
            4. Name VNC exception.
