Adding videos to JNF Resource Homepage

1. Press windows button and r at the same time on keyboard
2. In the run dialogue box type
   1. \\jnfusers\public\training video\New Videos
   2. Open up in a new dialogue box
   3. Press windows button and r at the same time on keyboard
   4. In the run dialogue box type
      1. \\jnfassets\homepage
      2. Click homepage folder
      3. Then highlight all of the videos
         1. Drop the new videos into the videos folder
         2. Then go back to homepage
         3. Click the other folder
         4. Create a backup (date) folder
            1. Copy the train link into the folder before you start changing the HTML
            2. Double click the trainlink to open it in internet explorer to make sure everything looks right
            3. Right click trainlink and click edit with Notepad++
            4. Then find what heading you would like the video under
               1. The newest videos go at the bottom of the list and the oldest ones are on top.
               2. Copy and paste the section before  to the space underneath and change the highlighted portions below to reflect the video you are adding in.

1. Then go to the internet window that you opened hold down shift, control and the refresh button.
2. Then go into the videos tab to see if the video has successfully been inputted.
3. Also click on the video link to make sure that it plays.
