Imaging a Desktop

1. Turn on computer
2. Tap f12 as soon as the pc turns on
3. Click on board NIC
4. Tap f12 once you are prompted
5. Click lite touch option
6. Run Deployment Wizard
7. Sign in  and use domain
8. Let computer run through steps to set itself up
9. Change time zone to eastern time zone

Add Computer to Domain

1. Click Start menu
2. Right click on This PC
3. Click properties
4. Click Change settings under domain category
5. Change computer name
   1. Name of computer should be
      1. Location
      2. D- Desktop
      3. S- Surface
      4. L- Laptop
      5. –
      6. First initial of users first name
      7. Users last name
         1. If there are multiple users with the same name must add a number and then in the description category make sure you write something to distinguish who is who
         2. Then fill in bubble for the domain
            1. Corp.jnf.org
            2. Then you will be prompted to put in your log in
            3. Restart computer

Turn off Firewall

1. Click the start button
2. Hoover over the control panel
3. Click on windows firewall
4. Click turn windows firewall on or off
5. Click turn off firewall
6. Press ok

Install VNC

1. Press windows button and r at the same time on keyboard
2. In the run dialogue box type
   1. \\jnfusers\install
   2. You will be prompted to in put your log in information
   3. Click _microsoftsurfacebuild
   4. Click VNC
   5. Click vnc 64
   6. Follow prompts
   7. Open VNC key
      1. Copy and paste when prompted for it

Install Cylance Antivirus

1. Press windows button and r at the same time on keyboard
2. In the run dialogue box type
   1. \\jnfusers\install
   2. You will be prompted to in put your log in information
   3. Click _microsoftsurfacebuild
   4. Click Cylance
   5. Hit install
   6. Follow Prompts
