If there is the error listed below this means that the registrant has an account associated with this phone number. Reaching out to Accelevents support will allow you to find out what email and phone is part of the account. Once you have the log in information
Recommend User: Try to log in and delete the account on their end by following this:
https://support.accelevents.com/en/articles/5350993-how-to-delete-your-account - https://support.accelevents.com/en/articles/5350993-how-to-delete-your-account
We can disassociate the phone number to the account however then they don’t have a login for the email they are trying to use when registering.
Attaching the list from the DEMO event so that you can also reference if any JNF staff created a log in that is now experiencing this error.

Lauren,
Thank you for this information that was helpful. We have disassociated the phone number to your account that had the email: lauren@releventproductions.com - mailto:lauren@releventproductions.com however, I do recommend trying to log into that account and deleting it or setting up a connection for your JNF email instead and updating the profile as necessary. However, you should be able to now register using your JNF email since the phone isn’t associated with an account.

Thank you. For reference, pre-JNF, I used this same platform for a client that I was running events for. I’d be interested if that can be the issue. I believe the email address I used for that client was lauren.geleerd@bisnow.com. Same cell number of 847-975-9040.

I have answered this question before. This means that the registrant has an account in Accelevents that is a different email address than the one you entered today to register for this event. I will look to check which email is associated with the account and get back to you regarding this. If so I can remove the phone associated with the account or please update your account login for accelevents to reflect the email you wish to use when registering events. We will get back to you shortly when we are able to see what email was in the system.
Thanks,
Daryl
